We offer a 7-days FREE door-to-door exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want you to be delighted with every product that you purchase from <\/span>www.engynprotekpro.com.my<\/span><\/a>. If there are any signs of a manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you received it and with the original packaging and subject to availability.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can choose one of the following return options:<\/b><\/p>\n

Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 7 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only. No walk-ins are allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return\/exchange, your item must be unused and must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Then approval for return must be obtained by sending the relevant photos to engynprotekpro@gmail.com<\/span><\/p>\n

Any Promotional Product cannot be Exchanged or Returned for a Full Refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any product received as a Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund\/Voucher\/Exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n

Returns\/exchanges may take up to 10 – 15 business days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.<\/span><\/p>\n

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)<\/span><\/p>\n

Products showing intentional damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products showing excessive wear and tear.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced\/removed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products that have been soiled or contaminated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products that are found to be non-in accordance to EngynProtek PRO’s Return\/Exchange\/Refund policy but yet are posted to our warehouse\/premise shall not be entitled for Return to the customer unless the cost is borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

International Orders<\/b><\/p>\n

We do not offer any returns & exchanges for International orders. However, do let us know your feedback about our products and we’ll see how we can help to resolve your issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exchange Eligibility<\/b><\/p>\n

Exchanges are only allowed for the same value or lower value products. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return and exchange do not apply to the customer’s order by mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you\u2019ve received it.<\/span><\/p>\n

EngynProtek PRO reserves the right to not accept return requests that do not meet our standard return policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Item(s) under clearance is not refundable nor exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refund Process<\/b><\/p>\n

Refunds are typically issued via store credit.<\/span><\/p>\n

*For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 – 20 Business Days for us to get your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

EngynProtek PRO reserves the right to compensate\/alter\/refund any Non-deliver item that failed to reach the customer within 60 days after the order is placed as deemed fit by EngynProtek PRO.<\/span><\/p>\n

EngynProtek PRO reserves the right to withhold any Exchange\/Return\/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse\/premise, or did not get earlier approval to mail the item to the return address.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return via Grab, Lalamove, or any other express courier is not advisable as the warehouse is not open to public access and it is in an industrial area that requires a security clearance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after the discount) will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLate or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n

      Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
