Delivery Policy 

1) How long will the delivery process take? 

Once you place your order, we will arrange to ship the next day. If the next day is a public holiday, we will ship after the public holiday.

Delivery duration for West Malaysia would take 2-5 days. As for East Malaysia, you will receive the products in 2 weeks’ time. 

2) How long before the exchange or refund policy ends? 

7 days from the date the customer receives the package. 

3) What are the reasons for the exchange or refund of products? 

We only accept exchanges or refunds if the product is badly damaged or has a defect.

All products are delivered by courier service, you will receive a tracking number upon purchasing our products.
